I can't view youtube, but I am sure it is lovely.

We were lucky to see and do some neat things this Christmas.

Thank you so much for the gifts. You're amazing.

I appreciate it down to my toenails.

Love ya.

Alison this is one of our favourites! Our daughter was serving on Temple Square when this was performed and she fell in love! Any who, thanks!

Ah shucks Lisa! I'm glad that Christmas was able to lift your spirits! I'm excited to read all about your experiences! Let's hope the new year brings a bit more peace. : )

I have loved this one for a long time. I originally heard the BYU Men's Chorus sing it years ago when I was attending BYU. But I have never known what the words meant, and so reading them this time gave me chills all over again. It is so joyous!

And seeing that many white people sway and clap in unison so convincingly is impressive, too! I saw MoTab perform when they came to Portland a couple years ago. We were so far away from them in the venue that we couldn't see their mouths moving without binoculars. So when they started clapping and swaying it was super exciting to watch! :)

Thanks for sharing this!

Suzie, a friend of mine is a Music Prof for Classical and Vocal Performance. This has been the bane of her existence... no "white people swaying" during Sacrament meeting! I love love love our traditional hymns, however I also love the way some praise worship music gets you up and grooving'...such as "Go Tell It On The Mountain"...which if you sing it the right way, makes you groove!

Awesome that you got to see BYUMens perform this...that had to be great!
